Reg Problem with DB2 and CICS

Hi,
Currently I am facing -904 sql error that is due to unavailable resource. It is due to Table space is full with tables. Please delete unwanted tables and tables space or create new table space. So that error problem can resolved. One more problem with CICS region is not working. Can you please check CICS region problems.
