I used to be able to connect to DB2 on port 5023 using DB2 Connect without any problems.
Now every attempt to do so timeouts. Is it possible to check if DDF is running and
configured correctly.

There is currently a problem with DB2, the logs cannot be allocated. Until sysprog takes care of this, there's not a lot you can do.
