Server migration

Postby sfan » Fri 10 Dec 2010, 03:39

In the next few days the servers of Dezhi Systems will be migrated. You may experience interrupted service or extremely slow performance.

After migration the new hardware will perform up to 10x faster, so, please be patient

Yeah the server will be faster for sure. However the maintenance will be on-going for a few days so you may expect some shutdown/reboots

Yeah, some hardware issue need to be addressed.

Meanwhile we are starting to create a funding for Dezhi systems, hopefully can catch up with the hardware maintenance expenses...

Hello, actually the response time can not be compared with what existed before. We thank you enough for offering such a machine to study! It is a unique opportunity that offers itself.

Really great!

Michel.

If we have enough funds we may be able to open another "sandbox" zOS system for all kinds of "newbie" zOS administrators. Meanwhile the current zOS is running without backups since we have run out of $$$

So, please Image
