Problem accessing DB2 / CICS

I have a concern regarding access to DB2 CICS. When accessing my DB2 table with a select, I get the message: 'DFHAC2206 11:19:23 CICS Transaction TAR2 failed with abend ????. Updates to local recoverable resources backed out."
I have yet defined under CEDA my transaction and my plan.
That lack it?
