sluggish system response

Over the last two weeks or so each time I've logged on to TSO, system response has been very sluggish, far more so than usual. Has the system become overloaded or had any other difficulties?

Also, the system clock has not been adjusted to reflect the change from daylight to standard time; it's running an hour fast.

There was a runaway process, and it should be fine now.
