TSO userid not authorized?

Postby ast873 » Sun 10 Sep 2017, 23:53

Hi,

I used the DeZhi system some years ago, and have been dormant for quite a while. I thought I would have to reapply for a userid, but thought I'd first try to retrieve it through the website.

I was apparently able to retrieve my userid AST873, but when I tried to logon, I got the message: IKJ56420I Userid AST873 not authorized to use TSO

Do I need to do anything else to get my userid reinstated?

Thanks!

The admins delete userids if they have not been used for 1 year. Userid AST873 was last used January 8, 2014 and was deleted on April 1, 2015 (this check is performed quarterly).

You need to delete the userid from the web site's data base; you will require the E-mail address you used when you requested the ID in 2012. After you have done this you can obtain a new AST873 in the usual way using the web site.

Welcome back!

Forgot to say thank you! I've been able to get back on, and appreciate the assistance.
